Creating the Infrastructure for Successful Lean Sigma Integration
This workshop is intended to highlight the key problems at a program level with existing performance improvement systems and to demonstrate solid solutions to those problems using a Lean Sigma framework. Even with organizations that do undertake a Lean Sigma approach, the degree of success varies considerably. Some organizations struggle to capture the big savings that others gain quite easily. Some organizations are slow to gain momentum while others see the organizational change in a matter of months.
Using the case study of a medium sized community hospital program, the workshop will explain the key factors that impact return on investment and that can turn a mediocre program into the next big talking point. Key takeaways include an understanding of:
- The deployment roadmap
- Roles and responsibilities
- Project identification and selection
- Use of Kaizen
- Gaining the ability to train and sustain
- Turning Lean Sigma competency in a strategic tool
This webinar is part of a series sponsored by SBTI
