Andrew Hutson, Project Manager, Corporate Partnerships, Environmental Defense Fund
Andrew Hutson co-leads Environmental Defense’s on-site engagement with Wal-Mart in Bentonville, Arkansas advancing sustainable business practices throughout their operations and supply chain. He is primarily involved with efforts to improve Wal-Mart’s environmental impact in global logistics, electronics products and textiles along with issues associated with international operations and China.
Before joining the Corporate Partnerships Program, Andrew was a Strategic Research Consultant in the Operations Practice of the Corporate Executive Board in Washington, DC where he worked with the New Business Development team to launch a program for senior-most manufacturing executives. Andrew has a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; an M.E.M., from the Nicholas School of the Environment and Earth Sciences at Duke University and a B.A. from James Madison College at Michigan State University. |

Callie Glave, Global Corporate Services Sourcing Leader, Owens Corning
Callie Glave has accountability to manage indirect spend within Owens Corning such as marketing, print/fulfillment, fleet, material handling, leases, waste, environmental, E-Sourcing tools and plant services. She has a B.B.A. from Bowling Green State University.
With their partnership with PHH Arval, Owens Corning has transformed its sales fleet to a GreenFleet. In less than one year on the program, they improved miles-per-gallon by 18.0 percent; greenhouse gas emissions have been reduced by 14.6 percent; and average annual fleet cost is down 2.2 percent. |

Karen Healey is responsible for managing PHH’s information services and environmental products. As the leader of PHH's environmental initiatives, she has partnered with the Environmental Defense Fund to develop the PHH GreenFleet program.
Before joining PHH in 2001, Ms. Healey worked for KPMG Consulting, leading marketing efforts around the organization's supply chain services. She has a B.A. from Arizona State University and an M.A. from Georgetown University. |
