    Bobby Reau, Managing Director, US Global Trade Services, FedEx Express

    Robby Beau is Managing Director of US Global Trade Service for FedEx Express. Mr. Beau oversees the FedEx import and export carrier activities for all points of entry into the United States. He also manages U.S. regulatory carrier compliance for FedEx Express. His organization works collectively with trade associations and U.S. government agencies in the development and implementation of new air cargo regulatory requirements designed to meet the U.S. twin goals of security and trade facilitation.

    Mr. Beau’s charge also includes providing regulatory expertise for FedEx Express customers and internal support groups including Marketing, Legal, Sales and Operations. Additionally, he directs specialized service offerings such as the Customized Process Accounts Program, a premium service offered to FedEx international customers tailored to meet their specific import commodity requirements (eg. ITAR and EEI).

    Mr. Beau has over 34 years of express experience. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Louisiana State University and MBA from the University of Tennessee.

    Chiradeep (“Deep”) SenGupta, Principal, Trade & Customs Advisory Services (TCAS), FedEx Trade Networks Trade Services, Inc.

    As Principal of Trade & Customs Advisory Services (TCAS) for FedEx Trade Networks Trade Services, Inc., Chiradeep (“Deep”) SenGupta is responsible for providing international trade solutions and regulatory consulting to governments, importers and exporters within the U.S. and worldwide. Mr. SenGupta also represents Trade Services at conferences, associations and before government agencies.

    Prior to joining FedEx Trade Networks in 2002, Mr. SenGupta worked with KPMG’s Asia Pacific tax practice where he helped establish their international trade and customs practice in India. He also advised several Fortune 500 clients on market access issues for their South Asia operations.

    In 2011, Mr. SenGupta was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to the President’s Export Council Subcommittee on Export Administration (PECSEA) to advise the Obama administration on its export control reform efforts. He was also appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to the District Export Council of Northern California, where he currently serves as the Educational Chair since 2006.

    Mr. SenGupta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Political Science and Public Administration from Osmania University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Delhi and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. Mr. SenGupta completed the Executive Education program for “Mastering Trade Policy” at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. He and his family reside in San Francisco, Calif.
